What is Holistic and Integrated Health?
Holistic and Integrated Health treats the whole person by combining many forms of natural healing to harmonize body, mind, heart and spirit.
Our bodies’ well-being is nurtured by being in nature, breathing fresh air, practicing yoga and other body movement and breathing techniques, as well as eating vital food— mostly vegetarian raw and whole foods, including plant remedies and supplements.
Vital health is most likely to follow from being in nature, and from using powers of the mind and senses to feel peace, harmony and centeredness. Maintaining a strong and empowered focus through enjoyable, peaceful and loving thoughts and visualization creates a clear landscape of the mind.
By really feeling the essence of what we want and who we truly are, we find our lives are more in tune with our life's purpose and are more likely to run more smoothly.
Meditation, tuning in to the silence, and sensing our connection with our true energy in and around us brings our awareness closer to the centre of peace and true happiness that is already here, right now.
